Lucia Beherbergungsges.m.b.H. shall reserve the right to make any amendments and/or alterations to the current Data Protection Guidelines at any time in conformity with the data protection legislation in force.

The collection, storage and processing of your personal data provided by your voluntary consent (this applies to data provided via online booking, by phone, email or personally) shall be subject to the European General Data Regulation (EU- GDPR) in force.

Any reservations at Lucia Beherbergungsges.m.b.H. shall not be deemed possible without collecting, storing and processing of your personal data. However, such actions shall be carried out only with the purpose to prepare and make a reservation. Your data may be disclosed to third parties provided their direct involvement with the booking procedure is the case, and only if such order is required under the established management procedure.

Hotel Lucia Beherbergungsges.m.b.H. may post links containing links to other websites. Hotel Lucia Beherbergungsges.m.b.H. shall not be responsible for any data entered by you at other websites. Our partners and ourselves shall both be subject to European Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR). However, each and every company shall be solely responsible for compliance with any and all applicable laws. 2.4 Data Transfer to Third Countries

As provided in Art. 49, 1b data transfer is necessary either for the performance of a contract between the interested party and the responsible one or the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the interested party’s request. The data collection and processing may be possible provided they meet the aforementioned purpose.

2.5 Data Storage Period

The guarantees secured by the provision of credit card details shall be cautiously stored in the encrypted mode for no longer than two (2) weeks after the reservation has been made. Then those data shall be permanently deleted. Any confidential data (e.g. specific dietary requirements) required in order to complete the reservation shall be permanently deleted once the reservation procedure is completed. All other data shall be stored for no less than seven (7) years as per the data storage period subject to the Turnover Tax Act as of 1994. Should no rebooking be the case and a seven-year period has expired, any hotel guest data shall be encrypted for further storage. The data may be restored should further rebooking is the case.

3 Rights of interested parties

3.2 Right to withdraw pursuant to Art. 7 of the EU-GDPR

We would request you to give your statement of consent based upon the category you belong to. The request is made either in the course of online registration or directly by the interested party/group coordinator/agency representative. However, the declaration of consent is not mandatory as stated in EU-GDPR. Any data subject is entitled to withdraw his/her given consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

3.3 Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 of the EU-DGPR

Every data subject shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to him/her infringes the EU GDPR.

Any processing of personal data of a data subject is carried out with the purpose to inform him/her about the aforementioned reservation and any relative arrangements.

5 Cookie files and Google Analytics Notification

Our website uses Google Analytics, web analytical server by Google Inc. (Google). Google Analytics uses so-called Cookie files which are text files stored at your PC and allow you to analyze & track your website navigation.

Cookie files receive information about your navigation at our website, and then such information is generally being transferred to Google server in the US for storage.
